Jolevski voiced full support of further strengthening of the bilateral defense cooperation. "We have been nourishing excellent political cooperation that should be reflected in all other areas," said Jolevski, who on this occasion signed a Protocol on Chinese donation for the Macedonian Army (ARM).

Wang Guanzong on his part extended gratitude for the opportunity to meet the senior ministry and army officials, adding that political and the cooperation on army level has been gaining momentum and moving forward.

The Chinese Army highly appreciates the cooperation with ARM, which is very important for us, Wang Guanzhong said, notifying that this year marks the tenth anniversary of the signing of the Cooperation Agreement in the field of defense between the two countries.  He also invited Jolevski to visit China, the Ministry of Defense said in a press release.

Wang Guanzong also held talks with the ARM Chief and Deputy Chief of Staff, Goranco Koteski and Nasser Sejdini respectively.
