In order to reduce the risk of getting infected during travel, starting from February 19th, passengers from North Macedonia are required to transfer from ONLY ONE transit country before taking China-bound direct flight. All passengers are requested to upload COMPLETE travel schedule while applying for Health Code with "HDC" logo or Health Declaration Form. For those who are not citizens of North Macedonia, please also upload the visa, residence permit, or exit and entry stamp pages (exiting from China and entering North Macedonia ) on the passport (for those no visa needed when entering North Macedonia).

    Please be remined that failture to meet the aforementioned requirements regarding the transit country will be unable to get the Health Code with "HDC" logo or Health Declaration Form.

    The Chinese Embassy in North Macedonia also checks the Health Code with "HDC" logo or Health Declaration Form application on weekends and holidays for your convenience.
