April.15,2011, the Ministry of Transport and Communications and Skopje Municipality held a joint handover ceremony to Skopje public transportation company JSP, in the parking square of Alexandar Palace Hotel, for a retro-style double-decker bus manufactured in the Chinese YUTONG company. Deputy PM Zoran Starvreski, Deputy PM Vladimir Pesevski, Minister of Transport and Communications Mile Janakieski, Skopje Mayor Koce Trajanovski, and Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy Li Lianzhong etc. attended the ceremony.

                     

YUTONG won the procurement tender of 202 double-decker buses in 2009 and signed the commercial contract with Government of Macedonia in April, 2010. The 1st batch of 68 buses will be delivered to Macedonia by the end of August this year.
